Welcome to JucheAfrica

Juche Idea was created by His Excellency late President Kim Il Sung of Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea. Juche Idea is a philosophy for the well being of the down trodden and oppressed people of the world. It teaches self-reliance and non dependence

Background

Korea by 1910 was resisting the Yoke of Japanese imperialism. With the end of World War II, the two emerging hegemonic superpowers- US and USSR shared Korea between themselves. This precluded Korea’s participation and consent. The division became permanent by the establishment of the democratic People’s Republic of Korea on May 1, 1948 with President Kim Il Sung as the revolutionary leader.

Korea’s organic intellectuals saw the solution being in unifying all the Koreans and consolidating the Korean land by liberating the Koreans from US Imperialism.
This would also constitute a strong platform for liberating the economy from rudimentary, peasantry mode and transform it into a developed, industrialized nation, one with forward and backward linkages, integrated market, without differences between urban and agrarian settings, etc. All these became consolidated into the Juche philosophy. Thus the Juche philosophy is about self emancipation from external domination, oppression and exploitation and any other forms of external imposition, handouts, loans, debts etc.
It also embodies freedom from the limitations of nature, education, science and technology by liberating the productivity to meet people’s material needs, improve their welfare, avail them employment, etc.
Put differently, Juche aims to guarantee a happy productive life for the whole people and to satisfy more fully their steadily growing material and cultural needs.

welcome

Korea is situated almost in the north east of Asia between Lat. 43°00’36 N and 33°06’43 N and Long. 124°10’47 E & long 131°52’40 E. It is a small country with an area of 222,209.231 Square kms of which 122,762.338 belong to D.P.R. Korea with a population of about 20 millions.

In brief this peninsula, habitated by industrious docile, gentle affable and peace loving people, was an easy prey of the voluptuousness of the Imperialist powers. In 1910 Japan occupied Korea. However under the brilliant leadership of Comrade Kim Il Sung Koreans waged a war of independence and in 1945 they could throw the Japanese out of their sacred soil.
But the Imperialists could not digest the rise of this nascent state and USA with the help of flunkeys and traitors invaded the country. Comrade Kim Il Sung fought against them valiantly but the USA, the then mightest power on their planet, which had exploded Atom bombs on Japan, with its full strength tried to brow beat the brave Koreans.
